To inquire about services feel free to give us a call, send us an email, or text. Let us know what you're looking for and be sure to leave your name, number, preferred method of communication, and preferred time for a call-back. 

2 / Schedule a consult 

Someone will reach out to schedule a consult. Let us know your concerns, how you were referred to us, talk about goals, learn about resources, determine a need for evaluation, and discuss the right setting and treatment type.  

3 / Schedule Your First Session 

Let your therapist know what your preferred times and dates are for sessions.
